How long does it take to set up Client Chat Live?

  • We usually have our clients up and running within two weeks of their signing the agreement.

Do my employees “chat” with the customers?

  • Its up to you.  We have several options, including us handling all, part or none of your chats.   If you decide you would like us to handle all of your chats we have specially trained operators that will handle all of your chats, 24/7.

What hours do your chat operators cover my website?

  • We will cover your site for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

How long does it take to receive a chat transcript after the chat occurs?

  • Within a few minutes.  The chat transcript is sent directly to your email address as soon as the chat ends.

How will I receive the chat transcript?

  • Via Email.  Immediately following the chat, the transcript is emailed to as many people in your firm as you would like.

Do you have to be a tech wiz to use this?

  • No, our specialized support staff will take care of the installation and maintenance.  All you have to do is sit back and receive the chats.

If I get more chats will the cost per chat go down?

Yes

  •  The first 25 valid chats cost $30 per chat,
  • For chats 26 – 50 the cost goes down to cost $25 per valid chat;
  • For every chat over 50 the cost is $20 per valid chat;

Will I have to pay for the chat if one of my current client chats?

  • No, you will only be charged for a chat with a new potential client

What if the same person keeps coming back to chat?  Will I have to pay again?

  • No, you are only charged for unique visitors.

What is the “No Fee Guarantee”?

  • You only pay if we deliver, so if you don’t get any valid chats you don’t pay us a dime.

What is the monthly fee?

  • There isn’t one.  You only pay when you receive a valid chat.

What is a valid chat?

  • You will only be charged for a chat if we get the person’s name, and phone number or email address (we usually get both).

Will I have to pay for the chat if one of my current client chats?
