Step 1: You sign up for our system.
Step 2: One of our staff writers will customize HTML script for our operators to follow that matches all of your company’s needs and expectations. This script helps to answer any questions that visitors may have when speaking with one of our operators about your company.
Step 3: Our graphics team will create customized chat icons, chat windows, backgrounds and shadow box imagery to match your company’s website design using your own logo, pictures and contact information.
Step 4: One of our implementation coordinators will combine the customized graphics and HTML script and will implement them into our system and generate customized website coding.
Step 5: The implementation coordinator will then send the customized coding to you or your web developer to have it installed on your website.
Step 6: Once the simple script is installed on your website, we are ready to start taking chats for you.
